On November 26, 2024, Gemadept Corporation held the 2024 Customer Appreciation Party with the participation of nearly 600 guests, including representatives from shipping lines, import-export businesses, financial institutions, banks, logistics companies, technology partners, and domestic and international agencies. This was a special occasion for Gemadept to express its deep gratitude to the partners and customers who have been associated and accompanied the Company throughout its development journey.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, General Director of Gemadept Corporation, expressed his sincere thanks to all customers and partners. He emphasized: “The choice, trust and companionship of customers and partners are always the biggest motivation for us to constantly strive to improve and bring the best services and the highest values. We understand that customer satisfaction is the measure of our success”. Looking towards the future, Gemadept also shared its vision and development plans for 2025. The Company continues to implement two key projects, including Nam Dinh Vu Port Phase 3 and Gemalink Deep-sea Port Phase 2. Simultaneously, Gemadept continues to invest effectively in technology and automation to improve operational efficiency and optimize customer experience.
In addition, Gemadept is oriented towards developing green logistics solutions, contributing to minimizing environmental impact and meeting international standards for sustainable development. Also at the event, Gemadept employees brought guests vibrant and unique artistic performances as spiritual gifts for Christmas and to celebrate the New Year 2025. On the same day, at Thu Duc Golf Course, the Gemadept Golf Tournament took place, attracting enthusiastic participation from customers and partners, creating an exciting and lively atmosphere through the competition of the golfers.
