On December 15, 2023, the 16th Vietnam Listed Company Awards were held in Cam Ranh City, with the participation of heads of the State Securities Commission – Stock Exchanges – Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, and representatives of nearly 300 listed companies, securities companies, fund management companies, and major financial institutions in the market.
At the ceremony, 51 listed enterprises were honored for their information transparency. Among them, 30 businesses were recognized for their outstanding annual reports, 28 for good corporate governance, and 6 for having the best sustainable development reports.
Vietnam Listed Company Awards is a prestigious event gathering leading experts from securities firms, fund management companies, and major financial institutions, both domestic and international. Companies competing in the awards undergo rigorous appraisals in the preliminary and final rounds.
The preliminary round was conducted by two independent units, including the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) and four leading auditing firms (Big 4), namely Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC. The preliminary results were then reviewed by the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi Stock Exchanges one last time before being announced.

In this year's Listed Enterprise Voting and Listed Enterprise Honor Ceremony, Gemadept successfully achieved 3 prestigious awards at the same time: Top 20 Enterprises with the Best Annual Reports in the non-financial category, Enterprises with the Most Reliable Sustainable Development Reports, and Sustainable Development Reports with Outstanding Progress.
