Organizational Development Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and improve the organizational chart, the functional roles of departments in the organization to operate effectively (30%)
- Implement performance evaluation and improvement programs, improve work efficiency and labor productivity (30%)
- Build and improve the system of titles, ranks and competency standards in the organization (10%)
- Build and implement a competency evaluation system (20%)
- Participate in managing and evaluating KPIs of units and departments in the organization (10%)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have experience working in a corporation of over 2,000 employees with nearly 20 member companies nationwide.
- Background: University degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, majors related to port exploitation and logistics
- Knowledge & Experience: at least 5 years of experience as an organizational development specialist in corporations of similar size, priority given to candidates with experience in the port and logistics industry
- Systematic thinking, logical thinking
- Data analysis

- Acumen in grasping and solving problems
- Continuous improvement thinking
- English: proficient in skills
- Good motivation and self-discipline
