Assistant to the General Director/Deputy General Director

  • Manage the schedule and work of the General Director/Deputy General Director.
  • Support documents and meetings.
  • Manage administrative finances.
  • Internal/partner communication and coordination.
  • Other tasks assigned upon request.

Administrative tasks

  • Support in management, document review, and guest reception.
  • Manage work and visas
  • Office management
  • Payment and administrative procedures
  • Delivery and receipt of documents
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Have 2-3 years of administrative work experience
  • Good at using popular office software and paying attention to details
  • Good presentation and communication skills, ability to build relationships in the workplace, planning skills
