JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build a team development strategy in line with the business development strategy (10%)
- Plan, design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity development programs for the team: training, coaching, mentoring, etc. (30%)
- Build and implement a succession development program (30%)
- Build and implement policies to attract, motivate, and engage the team (20%)
- Develop corporate culture and learning culture for the team (10%)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have experience working in a corporation of over 2,000 employees with nearly 20 member companies nationwide.
- Background: University degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, majors related to port exploitation and logistics
- Knowledge & Experience: at least 5 years of experience as a team development specialist in corporations of similar size
- Sensitive in understanding people
- Communication, presentation, teaching
- Strategic thinking, system thinking
- Planning and time management
- English: proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing skills
- Passionate about the job, love developing people
- Good motivation and self-discipline
