1. Sales (20%)
- Approach customers, sell services, search and develop new services
- Negotiate, draft and sign contracts
- Monitor and be responsible for personal sales output
2. Customer care (20%)
- Implement and coordinate support work for sales
- Support in handling and resolving arising issues
- Measure and collect customer feedback on services, quality and prices
- Maintain, care for customers, develop relationships with traditional and potential new customers to ensure the company’s service quality
3. Market research (20%)
- Find vendors with good service and prices
- Plan and monitor vehicle and vendor coordination
4. Operation coordination (20%)
- Collect information, coordinate with relevant parties such as customers, ports, depots, etc. to send the ship departure list to the operation coordination staff
- Coordinate to handle issues related to customs procedures for direct customers and shipping lines
5. Other related tasks (20%)
- Confirm output and revenue with customers and departments
- Review and remind debt collection, minimize risks
- Notify problems, propose solutions and implement new and improved processes as requested by the Department Head
